Online registrants who have booked an appointment here will be able to receive Direct Developer Prices without paying any commissions. Viewing slots are subject to availability. Unit selection is first come first served.

FAQs

The VVIP Preview for The Arden will be from 12 ~ 25 March 2022.
Booking Day for The Arden will be on 26 April 2022.
Booking of a unit can only be done on booking day (19 March 2022). If you are keen to make a booking, our in-house consultant will guide you to fill up a balloting form during the preview to reserve a spot for you on booking day.
In the rare event where there are units leftover, you are most welcome to select from the remaining units to make your purchase.
The Arden will be one of the lowest PSF (per square foot) launch in the whole of Singapore in 2022. You can expect 2 bedder units to start below $1.1m … 3 bedder units to start below $1.7m … and 4 bedder units to start below $2m.

To reserve your spot to do a ballot on booking day, do bring along a cheque book or cashier's order to the VVIP Preview. This is just an indication of interest and not a commitment to make a purchase.
